What we collect when you write to us or browse this site, why, and how to have it removed. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who we are
This site belongs to SUKHA TOUCH Co., Ltd., a studio in Bangkok. We are responsible for the personal data described here under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). For anything on this page, write to ice@sukhatouch.com.
When you send the project form
We receive your name and email, your company if you give it, and what you tell us about the project: the services you picked, budget, timing and your message. We use it to reply to you, talk the project through and, if we work together, to run it. That is the whole purpose.
The form arrives as an email to us. We keep it for 2 years from your last message, so we can pick the conversation up again, then delete it. If we go on to work together, anything Thai law requires us to keep for longer, such as invoices, is kept for as long as it requires. Ask and we'll delete it sooner wherever the law allows.
When you browse
If you choose Accept on the cookie card, we use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see which pages people visit and whether the form was sent. It sets the cookies listed below. Advertising features are switched off. If you choose No thanks, or never choose, none of it loads.
Separately, we count visits for everyone with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and doesn't store your IP address or anything else that identifies you. It records the page, the site that sent you, your country, and the kind of browser and device, as totals.
The site's host keeps short technical logs (such as IP address and browser) to deliver the pages and keep the site secure.

Everything except the Google Analytics cookies stays in your own browser and is never sent to us.
Who else handles it
A few services do the work for us, each only for its part: Vercel hosts the site and counts visits, Resend delivers the form to our inbox, and Google runs Analytics if you accept it. Some of them store data outside Thailand, in the United States among other places, under their own safeguards.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, have it deleted, object to or limit how we use it, and take back your consent at any time. Write to ice@sukhatouch.com and we'll reply within 30 days. If you think we got it wrong, you can also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.
