- Staff leave in Thai, Burmese, Shan, Lao and English · approvals and a payroll lock
This one isn't public. Ask about it on a call and we'll walk you through how it works.
What they set out to do
Staff speak Thai, Burmese, Shan and Lao, and most only have a phone. Leave had to be asked for, approved and carried into payroll without anyone counting days by hand, and once payroll was paid, a late change could never quietly alter it.
Where they are now
Staff see their days left, ask for leave and follow or cancel it, in their own language, on their phone. Approvers see only their own branches. HR looks after people, leave types, holidays and working days, and prints a payroll cover sheet that closes the period for good.
