What they set out to do
Plerntaan wanted guests to book and pay in full on its own site, in English or Thai, without being sent anywhere else. Two things could never happen: charging a guest for a room that wasn't secured, and booking the same stay twice.
Where they are now
Guests read about the rooms, the café, the experiences and how to get there in Thai or English, then pick dates, see what's free and what it costs, choose a room and pay in full. The money only moves once the room is theirs. Staff change words, photos, payment options and cancellation terms themselves.
