OOH Alai's customers find the part that fits their bike out of about 3,270, and the shop never sells stock it has already sold somewhere else.

The live store could not be reached from our capture machine, so these screens run the storefront against a stand-in for COMMERCER with an invented catalogue. Products, photos, prices and stock are samples.

What they set out to do
OOH Alai sells around 3,270 motorcycle parts, and most of them are one product made for many bikes. A rider has to find the one that fits their bike without guessing, and the shop has to sell it without promising stock it has already sold on another channel.
Where they are now
Riders shop by brand or by category, narrow the list to their bike's make and model, and pick the right version on the product page, with what it fits and whether it's in stock. The cart suggests other parts for the same bike, and anything unusual can be sent as a quote request. The store goes fully live once its final checks are done.
