What they set out to do
T.TCS looks after truck tyres for fleet customers. The numbers that matter (how fast a tyre wears, how long it will last, which one needs attention) lived in a spreadsheet, a tyre's story across trucks, retreads and stock was hard to follow, and customers couldn't see their own fleet.
Where they are now
Technicians record each tyre on a map of the truck, coloured by how urgent it is. The office follows every tyre's history, cost per kilometre and expected life, manages stock and the tyre limits for each kind of truck, and sends reports. Each fleet customer gets their own view: tyre health, what needs action, and the latest checks.
