What they set out to do
MagOK repairs wheels for repair shops, insurers and walk-in customers. Every job lived in a spreadsheet, one sheet a month, and insurance jobs can't be billed until three documents come back, with nothing to say which ones were late.
Where they are now
Every wheel becomes a job with its work, its claim and invoice numbers, its documents and its driver. The team sees wheels and jobs by branch and by month, filters and exports the list, follows each job's history, and keeps photos of the work with it. The old monthly spreadsheet imports straight in.
